Job Title: Surgical Services RN Manager. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Day Shift position. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Services Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to excellence. As the Surgical Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our surgical department, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports. Oversee the operations of 27 operating rooms. Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes. Implement and maintain best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety.
