Conducts site visits and audits to ensure programs are functioning and meeting operational and standards; provides feedback regarding necessary steps to meet standards if found deficient. Ensures compliance with DHS 83 and 89, including but not limited to regulatory reporting requirements, as well as adherence to internal policies and procedures. Ensures that collaborative care meetings are taking place at each community in the assigned region. Assists the memory care communities with ongoing training, education and support with assessments, care planning, resident programming, and overall well-being.
