Manages evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to meet and exceed quality measures and enhance the exceptional care provided to patients. Manages the quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes and supports recovery. What qualifications you will need: At least 1 year of Acute Care RN experience (within the last 3 years), prefers higher level acuity than Med/Surg; however, will consider strong Med/Surg candidates. Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
