Instruct, assist and guide clinicians to enhance performance and ensure quality home care services.
Review and ensure appropriateness of clinical documentation.
Monitor documentation compliance with regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
Coordinate communication between team members, attending physicians, and caregivers.
Collaborate with the Branch Director and Company Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
Participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
Conduct staff education based on clinical documentation review and feedback.
Analyze situations, identify problems, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Act as Branch Director in their absence.
Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain ongoing clinical knowledge.
Maintain relationships with referral/community sources and participate in professional organizations.
Required Experience & Skills:
Two years of recent experience as a RegisteredNurse in home care or hospice environment.
Minimum one year of recent experience in a supervisory role, preferably in healthcare settings.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current state license as a RegisteredNurse.
Minimum one year hands on OASIS experience
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Proof of current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
