Perform functions to interpret Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) rules and regulations and ensure compliance by all departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Investigate, analyze, report and respond to questions on IGC rules and regulations, policies, procedures and service standards. Research, gather, compile and summarize data and documents for IGC reports. Prepare additions and deletions to the approved Internal and Accounting Control Procedures. Ensure all manuals are current. Review outstanding regulatory issues. Ensuring all reporting and regulatory deadlines are met. Prepare documents for submission to IGC. Prepare requests for approval of promotions on a timely basis and within regulatory guidelines. Assist in the completion of several unrelated projects concurrently. Follow up on internal audit reports, ensuring regulatory compliance. Other duties as assigned.



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
:

Equivalent to a complete college or university education. 4-5 years gaming/regulatory experience is preferred.

Regulatory Manager

As the Regulatory Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for Astranis's orbital slot, spectrum, and satellite licensing obligations. You will work closely with a wide array of teams throughout the company, and will have direct interaction with senior business leaders. RoleDrive the licensing of geostationary communications satellites from pre-launch to end-of-life Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to develop long term orbital slot procurement and management plans, and execute on those plans Interface with the ITU and other filers to manage the orbital slot coordination process Manage relevant launch and operation licensing obligations for Astranis's satellites, including regularly engaging with agencies such as the FCC, the UK Ofcom, and the UK CAAManage the procurement of relevant landing rights for all of Astranis's satellites Develop and advocate for spectrum policies that will further Astranis's business interests Represent Astranis in relevant industry working groups, federal rule makings, and international conferences
