Process new motor club agent licensing applications and renewals, annual agent appointments, request client invoices, maintain client agent database, respond to client requests for information, provide monthly client updates, any additional agent/client request as needed from the General Counsel. Maintain Bonds, including but not limited to maintaining bond database, requesting continuation certificates upon renewal of term, requesting new bonds as requested from the General Counsel, processing bond invoices as needed Monitor due dates for corporate registrations, licenses, and other formalities, and coordinate with General Counsel and parent company to ensure timely filing of documents and payment of fees Provide administrative assistance for General Counsel, including but not limited to sorting and distributing incoming department mail, obtaining signatures as requested, organization and digitization of paper records, general filing and record keeping Provide administrative support for other Departments at Request of Department Heads Other tasks as directed by General Counsel
