This position involves the provision of an array of training, support, and IADLs services with a minimum amount of psycho-educational interventions provided within the community setting. MentalHealthProfessionals are responsible for all client related documentation and reports as well as the development and implementation of treatment goals and objectives. MentalHealthProfessionals are professionally qualified and registered by the board to provide collaborative mentalhealth services for adults. MentalHealthProfessionals shall not engage in independent or autonomous practice. MentalHealthProfessionals shall provide such services as an employee or independent contractor of the DBHDS, or a provider licensed by the DBHDS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide face to face activities, instruction, interventions, and goal-directed training that are designed to restore functioning and that are defined in the ISP.
2. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of service provision.
3. Attend monthly staff meetings and monthly supervisions consistently.
4. Ability to maintain a caseload of 1 to 4 clients.
5. Maintain a high degree of client confidentiality.
6. Work with other staff assigned to cases, communicating effectively.
7. Maintain a high degree of professionalism in the community, with clients, and with referring agencies seeking to build and maintain positive relationships.

The MentalHealth Technician is responsible for establishing a therapeutic relationship with patients and facilitates the maintenance of a therapeutic environment by providing supportive services to individuals with mentalhealth challenges in a 24-hour clinic and residential setting. Responsibilities:
Monitors patient's whereabouts at all times and documents specific targeted behaviors during activities. Provides a daily written report on rounds.

Observes, reports and documents client issues / complaints
May be responsible for admitting, transferring and discharging specific patients as assigned
Orient new patients to the facilities
Provides direct patient care as assigned by licensed staff

Provides supervision of self-administration medication program

All direct care staff shall have graduated from high school or possess a GED and have a minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities. Such experience must be in the direct provision of services to clients. If the employee does not have the required experience, the program shall document a specific plan of supervision and in-service training for the employee which will guarantee the ongoing qualification of the employee to perform the job. The plan should include but not be limited to the frequency and number of hours of training, the subjects to be covered, and a description of the supervision to be provided.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Work is primarily sedentary in nature, occasionally lifting 30 or more pounds and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (ie. luggage). Must be able to walk, stoop, sit, stand, climb, stretch, reach, and possess finger/dexterity. Must be able to walk and work standing on feet up to 75% of the day. Must have a level of mobility necessary to meet patients' needs.Quality of hearing (whether natural or with accommodation) must be acceptable due to frequent phone conversations with business representatives, potential clients, and families. They must exhibit the ability to display coping skills to handle multiple calls and duties. The risk of exposure to unpredictable situations (i.e., client behavior) exists.

As a member of the specialty mentalhealth services team, the MentalHealth Rehab Specialist is responsible for providing Specialty MentalHealth Services to youths and/or their families and/or care providers in their school, group home, and community environments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides individual and family support services in accordance with the individualized plans.
Able to effectively engage, develop relationships with appropriate boundaries with assigned clients.
Effectively manages a flexible community based schedule.

Program Summary: Judson Center Behavioral Health Services offers traditional and crisis driven therapy interventions to children, adolescents, and adults who need support with managing their emotional, behavioral, and/or mental illnesses that are impacting their quality of life. Job Summary: The primary responsibility of a Behavioral Health Intern is to assist Behavioral health Staff with a variety of therapeutic treatment and Case Management services. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists clinical staff in providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults who have diagnosable mental, behavioral or emotional disorder that interferes with or limits quality of life including co-occurring substance use issues.
Assists with new client intakes and assessments
Assists with the development of treatment plans, maintains weekly progress notes, and tracks progress toward therapeutic goals
Works collaboratively with other clinical staff
Assists with development and implementation of family support services and family events
Attends weekly staff meetings, clinical team meetings, and trainings
Performs other duties as assigned

Since each clinical supervisor will be given complete access to all client records for their individual supervisee to ensure complete compliance with clinical standard, ethical concerns and confidentiality requirements, the clinical intern is required to ensure that all evaluations, evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans and any other clinical documentation is entered into the electronic health record AWARDS timely.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Two Community Engagement Interns work collaboratively within a small team to implement the Pillow's community programs through relationship building, critical thinking, and administrative activities.
Community Engagement Programs serve participants of all ages and experiences, from individuals encountering movement for the first time to the
advanced dancer. The Community Engagement Interns contribute to the administrative, financial, and logistical functions of programming, simultaneously building relationships as they interact with community partners, distinguished artists, and a range of participant groups - each with specific needs and interests.
The Community Engagement Internship aims to enhance learning in arts administration and related fields. Learning objectives for this position include:
Gain a working understanding of Tessitura (Customer Relationship Management Software) and how to best utilize database management to inform administrative and strategic processes.
Identify and execute basic principles and trends within event management and arts administration.
Develop a better understanding of one's interests and strengths, including how to best utilize them within the workplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties support the facilitation of off-site community-based and on-site Pillow-based programs. Responsibilities include:
Managing a series of daily Morning Classes, weekly Workshops with Festival Artists, weekly Family Classes, and periodic Community Workshops in Pittsfield.
Logistically supporting community dance classes, performances, and residencies through participant recruitment, targeted marketing efforts and design, research into current and prospective community partners, and in-person event support.
Maintaining participant registration, data collection, and reporting on programming attendance in the organizational database.
Cash-handling, reconciling income, and finance tracking.
Welcoming guests with a range of personal experiences to the Pillow for special visits and curated group tours.
Program documentation and evaluation.
Tabling at community events and farmers' markets.
Supporting maintenance and exhibit curation in the Warren Davis Welcome Center.
Opportunity to shadow full-time Pillow Staff throughout their workdays, observe interdepartmental, committee, and/or community partner meetings, and network with Berkshire County community organizers.
Contributing to the planning and coordination of an annual Community Day. This free, day-long event highlights local partners and brings nearly 400 guests to the Pillow campus.
As a member of the intern class, you will be required to participate in general festival-related duties that aim to broaden your scope and understanding of the various arts administration and production roles that exist within this field as time allows and requirements evolve. These will include but are not limited to giving campus tours, assisting with production changeovers in the theater, golf carting patrons, handing out tickets at will call and other ways to interact with guests, moving chairs, setting up for events, errands, and transporting artists. Training will be provided prior to participation in these activities, and while these duties will be a part of your overall experience, you will still spend the majority of your time within your primary assigned role.
5-8 hours a week will be dedicated to participating in weekly seminars, career building conversations, attending dance classes, lectures, and performances.

Candidates should demonstrate an interest in community arts and/or arts administration.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, Excel, and internet research is required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Equivalent to a Master's degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years of professional experience working in mentalhealth counseling, psychotherapy, and/or related social services in a public, certified private welfare, or health agency preferred. Experience working with adults, couples, and families is required; Knowledge in DSM-5-TR (or latest DSM edition available) diagnoses to include PTSD diagnosis and treatment is required; ability to obtain certification or documented proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing within 6 months of employment. Ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) training and certificate of completion within 1 month of employment. Experience working with diverse populations, military populations and/or Veterans is a plus.

General Summary: Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor with clinical oversight provided by the FWB Manager or designee, the Project-Based MentalHealth Therapist-NE provides mentalhealth services (consultation or therapy) as required by contract. The PB MHT-NE provides services such as individual/ family therapy and/or clinical consultation for the duration of the funding, set to conclude on June 30, 2026. The PB MHT-NE maintains current and accurate documentation of services as required by contract. The PB MHT-NE operates within the current best practices of the MentalHealth field and adheres to Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Board of Psychology (BOP) legal/ethical standards, State regulations, and Agency policy.
Within a team environment, this position will perform the following responsibilities:
* Provide Services to enrolled recipients (60%)
* Services may include individual/ /family therapy to adults/children and/or mentalhealth consultation with early childhood educators/caregivers utilizing appropriate treatment models/modalities based on initial intake and assessment. Services may be in the office, in family homes, and may occasionally be virtual.
* Complete required initial intake assessments/screenings.
* In consultation with FWB Director or designee, provide immediate, clinical assessment and intervention of potential 5150/5585 (involuntary hospitalization) situations.
* Maintain documentation of all services provided to assigned clients/families/early childhood educators in accordance with program and agency timelines.
* Individualized Child and Family Centered Consultation (20%)
* Provide and maintain compliant documentation of clinical consultation to internal partners on topics such as, but not limited to, mandated reporting (child/elder/dependent adult) questions, age-appropriate behavioral interventions, Danger to Self (DTS) and Danger to Others (DTO) assessments.
* Provide and maintain compliant documentation of consultation and client needs and create or follow-up on plans to support these needs
* Community Referrals (10%)
* Provide and maintain documentation of referrals and linkages to assigned clients to meet identified needs, including but not limited to: longer term therapeutic services, therapeutic needs beyond the scope/level of care of program the client is enrolled in , basic needs (food, clothing, shelter, safety), etc.
* Other: (10%)
* Participate in Reflective Supervision with FWB Director or designee.
* Participate in team meetings as directed by Program Manager
* Participate in administrative supervision with Program Manager
* Contribute to federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
* Comply with CA Mandated Child Abuse, Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Abuse Reporting Laws
* Complete all related documentation within contract and Agency deadlines.
* Maintain proper confidentiality/HIPAA compliance procedures when handling records and information
* Develop and maintain well-defined lines of communication and professional boundaries
Job Specifications
Minimum Required
Education: Master's or Doctoral Degree in psychology, social work, or related and license-eligible in the State of California through the BBS or BOP;
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year of direct experience providing therapy to adults, couples, families and children in a clinic-based or private practice setting. Experience gained during practicum training will be considered.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience, working with children birth to five and their families in any capacity (teaching, mentalhealth, school, center, day care, etc.).
* Knowledge of trauma informed care, ACEs/PEARLs, mentalhealth and developmental issues with children 0-5 years.
Professional/Technical Certifications:
* Must be license-eligible in the State of CA (AMFT, ACSW) - and registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)); must maintain current CA BBS registration in good standing for the duration of employment.
* Maintain First Aid & CPR certification.
Bilingual Required: Ability to converse, write and/or translate in English and Spanish
Travel: Some travel/business related driving required; Staff may choose any mode of transportation (driving, walking, bicycling, carpooling, etc) to arrive to and depart from the location where attendance is required. Should a staff member choose to drive, the staff member must become an approved driver with CCRC prior to driving on behalf of CCRC. Approved drivers driving on behalf of CCRC may choose to drive a CCRC vehicle or own vehicle and must meet requirements to be an approved driver including holding and maintaining current auto insurance, current California Driver's License and receiving DMV clearance.
Work Schedule: Full time, typically M-F, ability to at times work a non-traditional work schedule including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Clinician will provide treatment to eligible clients and/or their families who have chronic mentalhealth needs and/or serious mental illness with Endeavors Behavioral Health Department. The Clinician will have training and experience in trauma-focused treatment and co-occurring disorders. They will be proficient in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, with an emphasis on delivering evidence-based care. Provide support to clients to include referrals, scheduling appointments, continuity of care and access to appropriate services.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under supervision of an assigned Licensed Clinician as required by Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, provide direct care including a variety of mentalhealth services for individuals and groups
Complete appropriate risk assessment, risk mitigation and monitoring.
Complete comprehensive mentalhealth/ psychosocial assessments, case conceptualizations, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, measurement-based assessments, maintain appropriate clinical documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) or equivalent and facilitate effective discharge planning.
Deliver trauma informed, evidence-based treatments in collaboration with the Endeavors Wellness Model.
Maintain at least 65% Direct Client Service Time
Collaborates and coordinates with the client, caregiver, physicians, director, case management and all other disciplines of the Behavioral Health Department or in the community to provide the best care possible.
Support and/or attend outreach events to highlight Endeavors Behavioral Health services to raise awareness with community partners and other potential stakeholders and encourage referrals.
Attend weekly Multidisciplinary Team Meetings (MDT), clinical consultation and administrative meetings.
Complete annual required trainings.
Maintain clinical competencies.
Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Equivalent to a Master's degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years of professional experience working in mentalhealth counseling, psychotherapy, and/or related social services in a public, certified private welfare, or health agency preferred. Experience working with adults, couples, and families is required; Knowledge in DSM-5-TR (or latest DSM edition available) diagnoses to include PTSD diagnosis and treatment is required; ability to obtain certification or documented proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing within 6 months of employment. Ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) training and certificate of completion within 1 month of employment. Experience working with diverse populations, military populations and/or Veterans is a plus.
ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.
LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. Licensed in the State of AZ: Graduate Level license to practice psychology, social work or counseling, LPC, LCSW or LMFT required.
VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others. Employee should expect to work one evening a week to accommodate the schedules of the clients being served.
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid work set up can occur; private, secure home office needs to be in place for any remote work. At minimum, initial work from office (in-person) and then a hybrid in-office or in-home work can be reviewed, scheduled, and agreed upon to meet the mission.
Bilingual - Fluent Spanish Language Skills is preferred.
