DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisor, you will be responsible directing a unit of rehabilitation professionals ensuring operations are conducted efficiently and effectively in assisting customers with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining and/or maintaining, or advancing in competitive employment, and in assisting youth with disabilities in accessing Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). Work involves reviewing and evaluating case records, narrative material, and counselor performance to ensure adherence to mandated guidelines and regulations in the delivery of services to person with disabilities. You will have the opportunity to conduct in-service training sessions and staff conferences to maintain staff awareness of changing concepts in vocational rehabilitation.
