They do not offer any type of formal training for any of their positions. You are expected to perform the roles of many without fair wages or benefits. Moving up in the organization is very difficult.

Most of the staff are very experienced and proud of their work and many are employed 20 years +

Room for professional growth and development.

Managerial leadership is difficult to work with.
