Rehmann company history timeline
The firm inaugurated its accounting practice when Wayne Wagar opened its doors in September 1941.
What began in 1941 as a single Saginaw-based accounting firm has evolved into a synergistic collection of business services that offers clients direct access to associates committed to working collaboratively to provide more ideas, more service and more experience.
Two more business combinations in 1979 doubled the number of employees overnight … and brought with it another name change, this time to Rehmann, Robson, Osburn & Co.
In October 1985, it became Rehmann, Robson and Co. under the direction of President & CEO Steve Kelly.
2008 | First office in Florida is opened.
2010 | First office in Ohio is opened.
In 2015, 33 years after joining the Firm as an intern, Randy Rupp succeeded Kelly as CEO.
2016 | Firm celebrates 75th anniversary and Stacie Kwaiser becomes first female COO.
2018 | Technology solutions division launches.
2020 | Firm-wide rebrand launches, Empower Your Purpose.
