The atmosphere of happiness is fake. Everyone is concerned about losing their job.

Reid Health benefits

There are none. You have to use your PTO time to pay yourself for Holidays when your department is closed.

What do you like best about Reid Health's CEO and the leadership team?

This man destroyed Fayette Hospital while knowing he would have a job at Reid when the Fayette Hospital closed and was purchased by Reid. That's the rumor.

How would you improve Reid Health's culture?

Stop having outside companies come in and shadow workers all the time.

How did you prepare for the Reid Health interview?

Typical interview when it finally happened. The third party process is a nightmare.

How does your compensation at Reid Health compare to the industry average?

about 18% lower than standard in our immediate area and much lower than Indy area

Pros of working at Reid Health

Being part of a larger mission to serve everyone who needs medical care. Reid values all of the staff here and I have the opportunity to grow and go home knowing I have personally made a difference. My coworkers are very supportive and I see how hard the system works to provide high quality health care.
