Interim Clinical Manager oversees the daily operations of the 31 bed Emergency Room, ensuring efficient patient care and staff coordination. You will assist in managing the budgets, implementing policies, and maintaining quality standards while addressing emergent situations. Supervising clinical staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance regulations will be executed daily. The interim Clinical manager role consists of 40 hrs per week, with a flexible schedule / work-life balance.

Essential Functions:
Works with patients to complete all intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.

Performs individual, group, and family counseling as required.

In this role, you will:
Selects and performs dissection of skin specimens, margins (excisionals) and surgical samples following the instituted derm and surgical grossing protocol to ensure accurate and high quality processing of specimens.
Maintains accurate records of each specimen grossed for diagnostic and archive purposes.
Follows all protocols of quality and accuracy, as well as precise documentation in WindoPath.
Creates historical information by dictating accurate detailed descriptions to support diagnosis.
Drives workflow by coordinating the loading of specimens into the tissue processor for efficient use of equipment time.
Maintains complete documentation through accurate data recording and loading in WindoPath and/or Fusion.
Maintains a clean and disinfected grossing area following all instituted safety protocols including the proper disposal of all contaminated waste for the safety of personnel and the quality of output.
Supports with assistance the performance of other laboratory functions/tasks as needed to enhance operational flow.
Keeps company integrity by maintaining security and confidentiality of all data, procedures and data system components.
All you need is:
24 Credit hours in Biology, Chemistry or Laboratory Science (or a combination thereof)
College degree in related field preferred
Eligible for State licensure, if applicable.
Eligible for Board of Certification (BOC) by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP).

About the Position
Schiffman's Jewelers is a 5th generation family-owned company that specializes in jewelry and timepieces through personalized customer care, expert repair service, and curated collections from the world's top brands. Schiffman's Inc. encompasses 4 distinct store brands including Schiffman's Jewelers, Schwarzschild Jewelers, Sylvan's Jewelers, and Shreve & Co.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating awareness of each store brand (4 in total) and enhancing our image through social media platforms, blogging, and special projects. This position will also assist us in creating a vision for our overall marketing and communications efforts and support the execution of our annual marketing plan across the organization.
This position will operate out of Schiffman's Inc's home office, located at 225 South Elm Street, Greensboro, NC.
Occasional travel may be required throughout North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Kentucky, and California.
Primary Relationships
This position reports to the Director of Marketing but will work collaboratively with the Marketing team and other members across the organization to promote our brand values and drive traffic to our stores.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creates, schedules, and monitors social media posts from our content calendar on a weekly basis.
2. Develops social media ads that create engagement around the company, its products, and brands while staying within budget and brand co-op requirements.
3. Develops optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic, customer engagement metrics and themes in the overall Marketing calendar.
4. Responds to social media inquiries in a timely and courteous fashion.
5. Delivers monthly reports on social media performance and website traffic.
6. Implements email schedule to customers of upcoming events and new arrivals.
7. Maintains and updates email lists.
8. Helps coordinate content photoshoots.
9. Develops and maintains email schedule for events and non-branded content.
10. Assists with updates to store websites (events, copy, products, etc.).
11. Assists with event management (CRM templates, ordering collateral, etc.)
12. Stays apprised of enhancements to social media platforms and researches best practices regularly.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree required in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
2-4 years related professional experience
Technical knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and tracking
Excellent project management and organization skills
Learns quickly and able to change in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
Ability to work well with others and take in coaching from upper management
Knowledge of Flodesk or a similar email platform a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Products a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with luxury jewelry and timepieces
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
