Proficient computer skills, including Electronic Health Records, Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. Performance/Physical Requirements: Work environment can include an agency office, home-based or school-based setting, childcare facilities, or participant's homes. Able to provide services in an office, the community and/or client homes, which may include facilities with multiple levels. Works flexible hours, which can include days, evenings, and weekends, as desired to meet the needs of clients and the OhioGuidestone and is available for crisis management by phone as needed. Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License with a safe driving record and valid insurance. Ability to take and pass a physical exam and drug screen.
