Todd C. Larson is Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA), a role that incorporates both management of RGA’s global enterprise risk management and corporate pricing oversight. Until early 2014, Todd was Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer, with responsibilities that included coordination of all external reporting including filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission, regulatory filings, and the annual report to shareholders. He was also responsible for internal management of financial reporting for RGA’s various operating segments and subsidiaries, capital management, and the treasury function. Todd joined RGA in 1995 as Vice President and Controller. Previously, he was Assistant Controller for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. He started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Chicago, where he was a senior manager in the audit practice. Todd received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.

Gay Burns is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA). She is responsible for all of RGA’s global human resource strategies, including organization design, workforce and succession planning, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, change management, and process efficiency. Gay was hired in 2011 to create and develop global human resources strategies, capabilities and functions to support RGA’s future growth and development. She has more than a decade of global experience in reinsurance and financial services human resource management. Prior to joining RGA, she was with Swiss Reinsurance, where she was Managing Director, Talent Development and previously Managing Director, Global HR Operations, and spent three years at the company’s Zurich (Switzerland) headquarters. Before then, she was a human resources executive with Employer’s Reinsurance Corporation, a General Electric subsidiary. She also held several human resources positions throughout her 17 years in GE Capital’s credit card and vehicle leasing businesses and in GE’s Six Sigma organization. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Gay received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from Missouri Southern State University, and her Master of Business Administration degree (M.B.A.) from Webster University, in Missouri.
