+ Strategically lead all levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo's business objectives, and represent the company externally; serve as an expert advisor to leadership, represent the company externally as an expert and act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues
+ Review, understand and offer the full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients to meet the most complex needs that may require an in-depth evaluation, by engaging product organizations to develop client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions
+ Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines, by keeping information current in relevant systems such as Customer RelationshipManagement systems
+ Strategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients, by cultivating relationships through your existing network
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of Commercial Banking RelationshipManagement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience banking middle market to mid-corp sized beverage companies
+ Experience with both alcohol and non-alcohol suppliers and distributors
+ Knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
+ Successfully completed FINRA Series 63 and 79 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
+ Completion of formal credit training program
+ Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
+ Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
+ Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.
+ Obtaining FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses, or equivalent must be completed within 180-days of date of hire if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
