Mike first joined the Relativity team in 2017 as a member of the advisory board. He got the unique opportunity to get to know the company's business and team extremely well before stepping up to the role of CEO in 2019. Mike brings over 20 years of recruitment, sales, and product marketing experience to Relativity. In his former role at LinkedIn, Mike oversaw LinkedIn’s Global Solutions Organization (GSO) for its more than 30 offices worldwide, focusing on servicing corporate customers in three primary areas-talent solutions, marketing solutions, and sales solutions. Before LinkedIn, Mike was director of product marketing at Advent Software, a provider of enterprise software for investment managers, where he led the trading and order management business. Mike received his bachelor’s degree from Amherst College.

Andy Levin is an experienced media & entertainment industry executive. He is a lawyer and a CPA, with a record of closing many high value and complex transactions. He served for many years as general counsel and head of government relations of several large, public companies, including Clear Channel, iHeartMedia, and Live Nation. In his role as general counsel and board secretary, Levin led two IPOs, the sale of a $1.2 billion television station group, and helped take Clear Channel private in a $24 billion leverage buy-out, then the third largest of its kind in history.Prior to joining Relativity Media, Levin was a senior executive with T-Mobile, where he led all U.S. federal and state government relations, representing T-Mobile’s interests before Congress, the Federal Communications Commission and Department of Justice, as well as other government agencies. Levin is knowledgeable across a diverse array of media, entertainment and technology businesses, including wireless and wireline telecom, film, television & radio, outdoor advertising, and live entertainment.Earlier in his career, Levin worked for many years as a director of corporate finance for Verizon. He left Verizon to go to work on the political front for the U.S. House of Representatives, and helped write legislation that continues to have a significant impact on the media and telecommunications businesses today, including the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. He is widely recognized as an expert on the business and public policy issues affecting media, entertainment, and technology companies.

Coursey is a serial entrepreneur having founded his first business at 14 years old. He has built a number of successful companies over the past 20 years. Coursey brings operational expertise and an extensive variety of contacts in a number of industries around the globe that range from technology to finance to entertainment. In addition to his efforts with TomorrowVentures, Coursey supports a wide variety of philanthropic efforts by bringing his entrepreneurial expertise to the non-profit forum.

As Relativity Media’s Co-Chief Operating Officer, Gregory Shamo oversees the company’s corporate,business and legal affairs, technology, human resources and operations departments, working alongside Co-Chief Operating Officer Andrew Matthews to manage the company’s day-to-day activities. He has shepherded some of Relativity’s most significant deals, including the acquisition of Overture Films’ marketing and distribution assets, Relativity’s home entertainment distribution agreement with Twentieth Century Fox, a distribution joint venture with EuropaCorp and Relativity’s major finance agreements. Shamo joined Relativity in 2009 as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs/General Counsel and was promoted to Co-Chief Operating Officer in 2011. He had previously represented the company for two years as outside legal counsel at Loeb & Loeb, where his practice focused on entertainment finance and corporate representation. He represented Relativity’s co-financing film funds with Sony Pictures Entertainment and Universal Studios and its acquisition of Rogue Pictures from Universal Studios, in addition to a broad range of other matters. Prior to working at Loeb, Shamo represented banks and other lenders in commercial and corporate finance matters at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. Before his tenure at Paul Hastings, Shamo maintained a bankruptcy practice at Danning, Gill, Diamond & Kollitz. He began his career with a litigation practice at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton. Shamo graduated with distinction with a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. He earned his juris doctor at the University of Southern California, where he was a notes editor for the Southern California Law Review.
