Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and governance for the ClientWorks platform modernization and AWS migration.
Partner with Scrum teams to define, review, and implement scalable, secure, and efficient architectural patterns.
Provide technical leadership and oversight for .NET Core, ensuring best practices in design and maintainability (ability to read and assess code required).
Guide and enforce front-end standards using Angular and the Decimal Design System.
Support event-driven architecture through Kafka, ensuring consistent and reliable integration patterns.
Collaborate with senior architects on strategic blueprints, technology evaluations, and architectural decisions for platform evolution.
Present architecture options, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and business leadership in a structured, logical manner.
Qualifications & Technical Expertise
AWS experience required; AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional strongly preferred.
Proven background in .NET Core, Angular, and Kafka architecture and implementation.
10+ years of progressive experience across software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture.
Experience leading on-prem to cloud migrations and designing high-availability, multi-region systems.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ITIL (certification not mandatory).
Strong ability to conduct code reviews, analyze design trade-offs, and make pragmatic, scalable architectural recommendations.

About The Role
This position is responsible for providing administrative support for a Management Team to include Senior Managing Directors/Managing Directors or Corporate Department Leaders. About The Role
FTI Strategic Communications is currently looking for a Director in our People & Transformation practice who will serve as a strategic communications advisor and project manager for restructuring, merger integration, carve-out, and other transaction-related assignments. The successful Director must understand how to engage and mobilize internalize audiences to drive change and be able to coordinate with colleagues in other practice areas to develop and implement communication and change management strategies targeted to employees, media, investors, customers, suppliers and other third parties. Candidates must have a working knowledge of Chapter 11 restructuring and/or M&A transactions as well as strong writing and presentation skills and a team player mentality
A successful Director is confident in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where situations may shift quickly and require an immediate response. A successful Director must be able to lead client accounts with autonomy, while managing up and down to ensure projects remain on schedule and on budget, anticipate and prepare for potential challenges, and create new formats and strategies, where necessary, to meet a client's objectives.

About the Role

What you'll do:
* Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on providing an exceptional client service experience, an environment where associates can learn and grow and financial success obtained through growth and sound fiscal decision making
* Translate firm vision and strategy into an actionable business plan, provide specific objectives to be accomplished and monitor progress
* Team with marketing to develop sales and marketing plans, investigate and pursue areas for expansion of services within existing client base while also pursuing new clients, actively participate in proposals
* Coordinate firm resources to ensure the best products and services are provided to clients
* Ensure your team members are provided with meaningful training and development opportunities, are appropriately challenged by increasingly complex work, are presented with timely and thoughtful feedback and are positively recognized for their efforts
* Oversee the profitability of the practice to include effective utilization of personnel, appropriate rates for services provided, timely collection of fees
* Work closely with client executives and management teams to understand their businesses and assist in identifying and managing financial and operational risks within their business systems to ensure technology risks are managed:
* Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and industries by having direct client interaction while working on multiple aspects of an engagement
* Think independently and strategically about your clients' business, systems and risks providing recommendations for business and process improvements based upon knowledge gained relative to the client's operations, processes and business objectives
* Provide strategic business advice to clients by assisting in the implementation of new processes and controls that address key risks
* Assess, manage and optimize business risk across a wide range of areas, including operational audit, enterprise risk management (ERM) and SOX compliance
* Review clients' processes and controls against industry frameworks, identifying gaps in design and execution, and communicating issues and recommendations to clients
* Be responsible for significant new business development, including identifying, sourcing, pursuing, and winning risk advisory opportunities at large health systems in the PA, NJ, and NY region
* Produce comprehensive executive summaries and final reports for delivery to the client, documenting and reviewing engagement work papers in accordance with industry-accepted internal audit methodologies
* Act as a valued business advisor, build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service
* Lead professional and effective presentations to internal and external audiences
Qualifications
Strong candidates are recognized industry experts with well-rounded experience working with risk services, specifically:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program
* CPA or CIA designation(s) required
* Twelve (12)+ year(s) experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls, with internal audit experience in the health care and or hospital setting
* Seven (7)+ year(s) of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
* Successful track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice, including building a team, a client base and managing revenue
* Proven track record of new business development in the healthcare industry in the PA, NJ, NY region
* Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities
The Office Services Assistant provides general clerical and administrative office support assisting in daily office and operational needs of the business. Works closely with the Office Services Manager on a daily basis to ensure an organized office and assists associates to optimize processes and administrative business needs.
Sorts and delivers incoming, and outgoing mail, including accounts receivable bank drops
File, fax, scan, print and assemble documents. Assist with entering office expenses (fed ex, messenger services, invoices)
Possible travel -package pick-ups and drop-offs via USPS, UPS, and FedEx and food orders as needed
Provide reception coverage. Greet clients, answer office phones, receive and deliver documents to clients.
Ensure training rooms and conference rooms and over all office space is clean and organized. Assist in the set up or breaking down of tables, furniture, etc.
Schedule meetings and appointments. Schedule and prepare conference rooms. Assist with onboarding tasks and workspace readiness
Orders and stocks office supplies, stationary and breakroom supplies (coffee, soda, snacks)
Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
1 to 3 years relevant experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with office machines, including facsimile, high speed copier, multi-line phone and 10 key calculator preferred
Excellent customer service and client focused skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage through competing priorities
Detail orientated and ability follow directions/procedures required, as well as prioritize calls and visitors
Ability to work independently to follow directions and procedures
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Capable of safely lifting up to 25 lbs as needed
The compensation range for this role is $18.00 to $34.10. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
