During her time at university Johanna worked with BIT Research Centre, collaborating closely with Finnish retail and consumer goods companies. She’s been responsible for groundbreaking work in planning and forecasting collaboration (CPFR) between retailers and suppliers, sharing and utilization of point of sale (POS) data in supply chains, and automated store ordering. Together with Mikko and Michael, Johanna founded RELEX in 2005 coding RELEX’s first simulator. As the leader of our sales and business development team Johanna has driven our international expansion and opened up new markets across Scandinavia and the Baltic region. Nevertheless she remains actively involved in our research and development. Johanna is a bilingual native Swedish and Finnish speaker, is fluent in English and reads for pleasure in several languages. She keeps fit, taught kickboxing and fought to competition standard. She’s a fan of contemporary dance and, though she doesn’t expect anyone else to get it, of Swedish and Finnish hip-hop.

Frank Lord is a Chief Revenue Officer at RELEX and is based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. He has worked as Vice President of Sales at Sanrise, Board Member at Mercaux, and Vice President of Sales at topio. Frank studied at Florida International University FIU between 1986 and 1988 and University of Miami between 1994 and 1994.

Johan Haataja is a Group CFO at RELEX and is based in Helsinki, Uusimaa Province, Finland. He has worked as Business Development Manager at RELEX; Head of Strategy and Business Planning at RELEX; and Vice President and Treasurer (non-profit) at Guild of Industrial Engineering and Management, Prodeko. Johan attended Helsinki University of Technology between 2006 and 2011.

Tiia Rapeli is a Chief People Officer at RELEX and is based in Helsinki, Southwest Finland Region, Finland. She has worked as Head of Talent Experience at Siili Solutions; HR & Payroll Manager, Nordics at Nokia; and Consultant, ICT and Digital Business Lead at Mercuri Urval. Tiia studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2010 and 2011, Helsinki between 2007 and 2010, and Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu between 1995 and 2005.

Tommi Ylinen is a CPO at RELEX and is based in Helsinki, Uusimaa Province, Finland. He has worked as Development Manager at ANTTILA OY and Traffic Co-operator at Stora Enso. Tommi attended Helsinki University of Technology between 2002 and 2009 and Tapiolan Lukio between 1999 and 2002.
