Position Summary: The IT Support Specialist provides technical and logistical support for Federal and contractor personnel, including onboarding, equipment setup, network access, and workspace coordination. This role manages IT service requests, assists with asset inventory and documentation, supports space planning and office moves, and helps maintain printer and supply inventories to ensure efficient daily operations. Provide support for Federal and contractor employee on-board, transfer and off-board to include coordinating Information Technology (IT) equipment delivery, set-up and network access, coordinating and preparing seating assignments, processing requests for office/cubicle moves and physical access for the employees. Assist with monitoring and tracking IT POC & Logistics mailbox requests per procedures, and acknowledging, processing, following-up, providing status updates and closing out customer requests for IT printer supplies/maintenance, IT equipment hardware, software and peripherals, monthly wireless refreshes, mailbox creation and increases, bridge lines, Secure Video Teleconference (VTC) set-up, space and other HQ and TSIF Customer Service and facilities related requests handled by ITPOCs. Assist with escalation of requests to appropriate APM and IT partners. Assist with maintaining IT asset inventory information and documentation. Ensure updated information and documentation is accurate, complete, and logged/uploaded into internal APM databases as well as in TSA's property management system of record. Assist with annual IT Asset Inventory and reconciliation of records documenting the location for all accountable IT assets. Assist with HQ and TSIF Customer Service support activities to include collecting and delivering parking permits, coordinating/distributing bulk paper supplies to copier/printer areas, organizing areas, coordinating office/cubicle moves and supporting administrative activities associated with minor construction and space re-modification projects. Assist with Space Planning efforts by tracking and maintaining office-wide seating requirements and space allocations. Provide bi-weekly floor plans updates for HQ and TSIF spaces and upload them to the iShare home page. Provide floor plan plotter copies for leadership when requested. Assist with space planning and move-related activities in support of optimizing the current TSIF and HQ spaces. Assist with monitoring printer and office supply inventories, notifying federal leads when inventory thresholds are met. Assist with ensuring printers/copiers are operable by replacing ink/toner cartridges and coordinating IT repairs and replacements, when needed. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required Must be able to be onsite in Springfield, VA as well as Arlington, VA. 1-3 years of experience providing IT or technical support in a professional or government environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or equivalent security clearance. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Experience managing IT assets and maintaining inventory records. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities. Proficiency in maintaining documentation, tracking requests, and updating databases Experience coordinating office moves, workspace setups, or space planning is a plus. Provide Appeals support as RADV Subject Matter Expert at CMS request Participate and contribute to QA Panel discussions for medical record review intake/coding and appeals, as needed. Interact with the physician reviewer(s) as required. Answer questions from coders through the escalation process. Accurately enter data into encoder, system, and other as required software using a personal computer, keyboard and/or mouse. Follow all established processes and procedures. Report problems to Project Lead, Project Manager, or Project Director with regard to unique record or process issues. Maintain security and confidentiality of medical records and Protected Health Information (PHI). Consistently meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards of 95% minimum IRR established by the customer and/or the company. Consistently meet attendance standards established by the company. Your work will span agentic AI, workflow automation, UX design, and RPA, with the flexibility to choose the best tools for the job. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of POCs integrating third-party systems and commercial components. Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-enabled workflows, agentic systems, and automation solutions. Evaluate and compare platforms and tools to identify optimal solutions for each use case. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Apply UX principles to ensure intuitive and impactful user experiences. Document learnings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to problem-solving.
