Coordination of PPAP submissions as necessary for part qualification with customers, or as part of incoming part qualification. Serve as an authority on PPAP as necessary within the quality team. Or in coordination of Material Test Reports (MTR's) for customers requiring these COC's.
Updating quality assurance Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for assigned areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:

The Ideal Candidate:

They collaborate across Operations, Quality, Design, and Sourcing, mentor technicians and engineers, and reliably deliver SQDC outcomes by mastering process control, equipment qualification, and compliance (AS9100/NADCAP).
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace, Materials, or related) or HSD/GED with 5 years of applicable experience
3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment
Proven experience with process development, equipment specification/validation, and production troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA/Control Plans, SPC, and root cause/corrective action.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace or other regulated industry; familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, and special processes (e.g., machining, coatings, heat treat, composites, additive, assembly/test).
Hands-on experience with automation/robotics, PLCs, sensors/vision systems, and MES/PLM/ERP (e.g., Solumina, Teamcenter, SAP).
