Key Responsibilities: Developing and modifying process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards. Recommending and implementing improvements, modifications, or additions to document work effectively. Creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to support manufacturing operations. Supporting new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturing processes are capable and scalable. Performing process validation and verification activities in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Analyzing production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization. Assisting with equipment selection, installation, and qualification to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Training production staff on process changes, best practices, and quality standards to ensure compliance. Qualifications: Degree required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize manufacturing processes. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency. Experience with medical device manufacturing or highly regulated industries is a plus. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 13485 or FDA regulations is preferred.
