The Diffusion Process Engineer will work closely with Equipment Engineering to develop and sustain oxidation, anneal and LPCVD processes on our BTI and KSEC furnaces, along with cleaning processes on our DNS and MEI wet benches. Additionally, the Diffusion process engineer will work with engineers from other modules and our quality teams to identify and address defect and yield issues in our high-volume manufacturing fab.
