The Maintenance and Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring maintenance processes are efficient and effective, equipment is designed and/or modified to improve maintainability and review ongoing technical problems for continual improvement to reduce downtime and increase the life of the asset.
What You'll Do:
Supervision and Personnel Maintenance

Assist in the creation and modifications of the maintenance programs for effectiveness. These programs include, but not limited to, predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance.
Identify and correct repetitive failures and costly breakdowns with the maintenance team.
Maintain and analyze equipment/maintenance records to predict maintenance needs.
Projects and Outsourcing
Organize and facilitate outsourcing for 3rd party maintenance/construction activities.
Participate in projects and workshop activities within and outside of the department to improve the maintainability and serviceability of equipment.

Attends meetings as required and/or assigned.
