Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Establish and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and changes. Provide manufacturing engineering support for all new and existing products. Specify and design jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing tools. Collaborate with cross functional teams including production, quality, and engineering to achieve overall company goals. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or related field. 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering required. Prior experience in process improvements with strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production processes. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Other Skills and Abilities: In-depth knowledge and understanding of manufacturing lines/flows with lean methodologies and processes. Proficiency in manufacturing data management and analysis tools.
