Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities * Reviews and discusses safety incident occurrences on the electronic incident database (Enablon) within the plant. * Provide technical support for safety resolutions as needed (i.e. Technical Design, What if, PSSR, MOC, SOP…). * Assists in development of the safety training within the department and for MOC and unit specific items. * Leads / Attends causal tree investigation meeting for accident/incident occurrences. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from a four-year college or university highly preferred, will consider all Engineering disciplines * 4 - 7 years of plant or manufacturing engineering experience. 3+ years of production engineering experience preferred. * Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker's Identification Card. * Applies principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions. * Leverage technical data to create various communications (email, presentation, executive summary, etc.) to support technical determinations used in critical decision making.
