Experience in leading various types of projects major equipment outages and installation of new equipment and processes directing internal and or external resources. Able to facilitate and complete root cause analysis (8-D, 5 why) and implement countermeasures to prevent re-occurrence. Strong computer skills, AutoCAD, proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. Must be detail oriented with strong communication and analytical skills. 3-7+ years in Industrial Environment, Engineering & Maintenance Focus Preferred Experience or comparable: Metal/Materials Manufacturing, Hydraulic Presses, Plating, Roll-forming, Stamping, Furnace Annealing, Plating PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
