We are seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Engineer with deep knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and product assembly processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with manufacturing facilities to ensure product quality, drive process improvements, and resolve production issues. This role requires hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary quality interface for manufacturing facilities, ensuring adherence to product specifications and quality standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, inspection procedures, and process audits for SMT lines and assembly operations.
