Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering is required. Our client is seeking a full time I&E Reliability Engineer for the office in the Permian. This role is hybrid and some travel locally is expected. This position is open in Houston, TX as well. Responsibilities We are specifically seeking someone experienced with DCS/PLC integration as well as implementation and power. The I&E Reliability Engineer will provide engineering support to Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management groups while ensuring proper Electrical and instrumentational Operations. Specific Responsibilities This entry-level Production Engineer I role provides technical support to Apache's Production Operations group in Midland with a focus on artificial lift. Production engineering responsibilities will include but not be limited to well performance evaluation, artificial lift design in both vertical and horizontal well bores, scale/corrosion evaluation and treatment planning, lease operating cost evaluation and control, production/disposal/compression facility design, and oversight of production operations regulatory requirements.

Area Business Engineer Responsibilities Convert and communicate business plans to a production plan for operations taking into consideration maintenance needs and improvement implementation. Ownership of plant costs and lead cost analysis to develop plant cost strategy / objectives / goals. Work with Business Analyst Manager to define and execute cost driven improvement projects. Work closely with the plant Production Data Analysis (PDA) role to improve inventory accuracy. In conjunction with supply chain team, plans raw material and product shipments. Assists in prioritization of material handling work activities Works with Schedule Execution to resolve exceptions to production schedules which are not covered by Business rules; communicate with partners, facilitates the resolution, understands impact on customer and develops the plan of action. Determine production capacities for the ABT and ensure they are updated in planning systems and tools. Contribute to the prioritization of the targets within the ARP tool as part of the Asset Improve work process. Evaluate performance of the plant against production plan and cost, and contribute to improvement idea submissions. This position will be a key member of our Production Operations team and will work side by side with the full asset team and field personnel to manage producing assets from cradle to grave for an assigned area. Responsibilities will include flowback management and initial lift install, production surveillance and optimization, failure identification, workover design, chemical program management, and LOE stewardship for the area. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. General Responsibilities Manage an assigned production area within the Delaware Basin, with an emphasis on new and existing horizontal wells producing on gas lift, ESP, and rod pump. Work closely with a full asset team of field operations, reservoir, drilling, completions and facilities engineering, geology, land, and regulatory groups. Coordinate with the field operations teams to optimize base production and reduce downtime. Spend time in the field on a weekly basis. Design, optimize, and troubleshoot artificial lift systems including gas lift, ESP, rod pump, jet pump and plunger lift. Manage and optimize chemical programs treating scale, corrosion, H2S, etc. Create AFE's and procedures for new drill flowbacks, workovers, recompletions, and well maintenance operations. Coordinate with wellsite supervisor and service providers to execute workover operations. Lead regularly scheduled well reviews with field operations and reservoir engineers. Analyze well failures to formulate and implement recommendations for optimization and run-time improvement. Track and monitor LOE and capital spending to ensure compliance with budgets.
