Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with co-rotating twin-screw extrusion preferred. Strong understanding of polymer compounding processes, material behavior, and extrusion system configuration. Ability to interpret process data and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading technical discussions and customer trainings.
