Key Accountabilities • Assist in developing a balanced process across manufacturing areas using M.O.S.T. Apply lean manufacturing techniques to support process efficiency and meet SQCDM targets. Design and implement processes that are simple and effective. • Audit and maintain data to ensure accurate information across all operations standards. Perform basic time estimates for production processes and equipment loads. Support the develop and refinement of operation standards. • Support Assembly Department for PDDA, MDRS, EOS systems. Apply 5S work methods, workstation design, and set best practices for production. • Evaluate and implement ergonomic countermeasures to prevent associate injury. • Assist in developing plans and schedules for projects. Support New Model Events by incorporating change points into process design, and identifying concerns and countermeasure before mass production. • Maintain accurate AutoCAD department layout.
