This role will focus on supporting labor management initiatives as well as designing, managing, and executing process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:
· Standardize and document best-in-class operating procedures across the logistics network using Lean and other process improvement principles.

· Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Expertise in work standardization, time studies, MOST, or equivalent labor standard tools.
· Proven ability to build strong working relationships in cross-functional environments.
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and MS Access.

Our Aeronautics Systems Sector is seeking a Principal Reliability Engineer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for support projects associated with the design and development of communication, navigation, radar, avionics, power and/or electrical systems architecture, components, circuits, and products or aircraft maintenance. The employee will research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and products for defense systems or commercial purposes.
You will become part of Northrop Grumman's Lifecycle Sustainment and Modernization Solutions (LSMS). LSMS provides sustainment support for the US Air Force B-1 and B-2 Bombers, E-3 Sentry, Airborne Warning and Control System, and numerous other Government platforms. Our team members complete engineering, reverse engineering, and logistics solution efforts to solve complex obsolescence problems and ensure warfighter supportability.
The Reliability Engineer will support all levels of total system products including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. The activities that this engineer will help execute within these levels will be those pertaining to technical planning, system integration, ground and flight testing, verification and validation, airworthiness, cost and risk, reliability / maintainability / availability calculations, supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. This person will help develop, coordinate, and conduct product life studies and evaluations of engineering designs throughout the program life cycle (e.g., business capture, development, production, and sustainment).
Responsibilities:
Assess designs by evaluating engineering needs, system/component specifications, use cases, and prior system performance
Assess system/component field performance using field data and use that data to create statistical reports, interpret historical trends, and help identify factors affecting field performance
Use field data to create and maintain a comprehensive timeline of field failures, modifications, time change items, etc. to better understand field behavior and help support other teams' analyses (e.g., spares analysis)
Maintain a failure and corrective actions database (e.g., FRACAS) that tracks engineering solutions efficacy
Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects and requirements
Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of increasing scope and complexity as assigned

This position is for a Process and Method Engineer (PME) Position supporting Oklahoma City Operations for Special Technologies Coatings. The successful candidate will be expected to allocate sufficient time on the Production shop floor to identify, update and improve the operating equipment for Coating and Stripping Operations at STC. This position will coordinate closely with other Process Method Engineers and Software Programmers, along with Third-Party Maintenance Provider to achieve exceptional delivery and quality performance. This position is a 1st Shift assignment; however, it will require, intermittent support of 2nd and 3rd shift operations, respectively, when required.

+ Rapid troubleshooting and programming of production 6-8 axis robotic arms and CNC Laser drills.
+ Design and analysis of automated systems and sub systems including both hardware and software solutions.
+ Communication with system integrators in East Hartford (EH) or West Palm Beach (WPB) to assist with the continued development and debugging of production systems.

Job Purpose
Digital Process MES Engineer will work closely with the Manufacturing Project team to assure all Manufacturing Processes have been documented and can be implemented in Canoo MES system. Job Purpose
Digital Process MES Engineer will work closely with the Manufacturing Project team to assure all Manufacturing Processes have been documented and can be implemented in Canoo MES system. This position will also be involved with sustaining and maintaining the MES system after implementation. This is a hands-on role hence programming experience is essential. The successful candidate will work closely with the MES system integrator during implementation and will be held accountable for supplier management for the allocated area (Body Shop, Paint Shop or General Assembly). Automotive manufacturing MES experience is crucial for this role. On launch of the new facility the position holder will be responsible to address and rectify any matters that require attention prior the final production, assuring minimum machinery downtime and high equipment efficiency. * Assure successful deployment of the MES on the shopfloor
* Collect requirements and must haves from the manufacturing project team
* Develop detailed designs and Process definitions, implement, troubleshoot, and test MES solution

Review and critique detailed engineering company design submittals, especially heat & material balance (HMB), process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), utility summaries, battery limits schedules, and equipment specifications.

Improve upon and optimize existing processes to achieve higher safety, quality, capacity, flexibility, and reduced cost to meet customer expectations.
Provide senior level engineering capability for process evaluation, optimization of renewable diesel plant operations, project design, start-up, troubleshooting, and testing of process units.
Perform studies on the effects of operating variables on product quality, yield and profitability.
Write process specifications for problem solving, optimization, or new projects. These include HMBs, PFDs, and P&IDs, equipment specification, and instrumentation specifications.
Participate in the implementation of key process safety management programs including Management of Change, Process Hazard Analysis, Pre-Startup Safety Review and Process Safety Information. Lead these activities as needed.
Lead the development of both small and large capital projects.
Make recommendations for capital investments throughout Seaboard Energy.
Partner closely with Production and Maintenance departments to ensure the optimal resolution of operating problems.

This role in summary
Whirlpool is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is an onsite role for our Tulsa,OK location.
The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, cost, and efficiency. This role will support daily operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
Your responsibilities will include
* Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in productivity, quality, and safety.
* Develop and implement process improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
* Monitor process performance using KPIs and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).
* Lead and support continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
* Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Participate in new equipment commissioning and support engineering trials.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and industry regulations.
Minimum requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering
* 1+ years of experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role (internships included).
Preferred skills and experiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in process improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, WCM Methodology.
* Familiarity with CAD software and data analysis tools (SAP, Google Sheets, Smartsheets, MES (Minibill), etc.).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
