· Assist in driving the standardization of manufacturing processes of global customer accounts.

· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Providing process engineering, project engineering, and project management for small capital projects, including leading the direction of other technical and contract personnel.
Analyzing, identifying, designing and recommending process/equipment improvements and capabilities.
Writing reports, and utilizing quality improvement tools, such as fishbone charts, histograms, affinity diagrams, etc.
To succeed you must hold:
Bachelor's degree in chemical or biochemical engineering and 3+ years of experience within a process-driven manufacturing environment
Experience with IT and automation implementations (PLCs and HMIs) in production-related areas preferred
Lean & Six Sigma training or certification, with the ability to use Six Sigma methodologies, tools and statistical software preferred
Knowledge of packaging processes, food or pharma hygienic, aseptic, and cGMP design, and CIP and SIP processes
Experience with frozen product handling, blending, and packaging is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to occasionally work weekends, on-call, and/or evening shifts
Ability to travel Internationally up to 5%
Ability to adhere to safety and hygiene requirements including but not limited to: GMP, PPE, allergens
