About the Role:
The Quality Engineer will provide support for product/process quality activities within Vantedge Medical. Areas of assignment may include: Product/Process improvement efforts, equipment validations, supplier quality performance and quality systems support.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
The Process Engineer I will work under guidance/mentorship of a senior level process engineer by taking technical ownership of the production process/product lines. The engineer will learn and understand for complete process control and learn and provide technical oversight of a continuous production process, to ensure maximum up-time, with highest efficiency and excellent quality. Additionally, the engineer will support production by shadowing the senior engineer, new product development and production integration. This is a hands-on process engineering role, and will require ingenuity, flexibility and problem-solving capabilities. A primary objective is to maintain and recommend improvements to the consistency of the production processes, recommend updates to process control, and support production/equipment upgrades.
