On Time Staffing is seeking general assemblers for our warehouse in Cullman, Alabama! Starting pay rate: $15.50-$16.25 Refer a friend or family member to work & receive $200 after 200 hours worked! Shifts available: 7am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri, some saturdays) 3pm-11:30pm (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays) 11pm-7:30am (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays) Job Description: Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approve specifications and quality standards Places parts in specified relationship to each other Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together Tends machines, such as automated machinery, to perform operations on assembly line Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to be familiar with all assembly Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy Routinely practice 6s (Safety, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Ensures that workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste Packs up completed products and prepares them for shipment Reports issues or problems with production (equipment defects) to immediate Supervisor Observe and removes fault product parts from assembly line Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Consistently demonstrates and incorporates principals of safety for self and others into daily activities.
