The supervisors are the ones who cause staffing issues, fast employee turnover, they talk about patient satisfaction however the front line people are treated horribly.

Ask the employees and listen. ihorribly.ihorribly.i felt like i was back in high school. The supervisors are the mean girls.

Not hard. They need people so they hire just about anyone.
