Reliant Medical Group company history timeline
Established in 1988 as a public charity, the Reliant Foundation (formerly operated as the Reliant Medical Group Foundation) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals of all ages in the Central and MetroWest regions of Massachusetts.
Known initially as Fallon Clinic, the name of the organization was changed to Reliant Medical Group in October 2011.
In 2015, Southboro Medical Group merged with Reliant Medical Group – a union that has created the largest independent medical group in Central and Metrowest Massachusetts.
In 2021, Reliant Foundation will accept applications from non-profit organizations in our service area with programs that focus primarily on substance use (with emphasis given to the opioid epidemic) and/or mental and behavioral health services for children and youth.
