Overview: Project Coordinator (On-site)
The Project Coordinator provides project planning and execution leadership for multiple, variable scale Laboratory Relocation projects while contributing to process development, as well as episodic new business development support. The Project Coordinator is part of a best-in-class service team dedicated to a top pharmaceutical company in the industry. This position is an on-site opportunity at our customer site primarily in West Point, PA with occasional travel to our customer sites in Kenilworth, NJ and Rahway, NJ.
Responsibilities:
* Coordination of project-associated tasks, including data acquisition for project updates, process integrity and project continuity
* Provide resource management support where required for multiple projects
* Liaison of safety process documentation requirements for vendor/contractor deployment.
* Communication to key stakeholders,
* Organization and maintenance of schedules in support to PM.
* Upkeep of project data and assets.
* Tracking of critical processes,
* Schedule and attend customer facing meetings.
* Provide updates to PM related to escalation, activity updates and project dynamics.
* Provide process improvement development support.
* Serve a liaison between project team and customer
* Manage small to medium scale projects where necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a laboratory or medical environment required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with project experience and experience in field service
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 25% of the time
* The person in this position needs to occasionally move inside and outside labs
* Occasionally move or lift up to 25 pounds

CSI Support & Development relocation coordinator job description
- Coordinate all relocation and related activities at Co-op(s) undergoing
- Implement procedures for record keeping and assist in ensuring that the Renovation Plan is carried out in compliance URA and 104d (if applicable).
- Work with the Co-op Liaison, Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) CSI Construction Team, and general contractor staff to ensure timely and effective execution of the relocation plan.
- Prepare and deliver all relocation related correspondence, handouts, notices, or related information to residents and commercial tenants, including General Information Notice, Notice of Non-Displacement, Required Move Notices, and other move or general renovation related notices; maintain files of all relocation/renovation related notices.
- Provide appropriate and timely response to tenant’s questions, complaints, and concerns regarding relocation; responses will address plans for the building rehabilitation and ownership transfer generally and relocation specifically.
- Assist in developing detailed tenant information matrix, unit by unit phasing plan, and relocation phasing plan.
- Process, monitor and document relocation claims or reimbursements.
- Work with RSC to maintain a list of social service providers to help meet tenant economic and social assistance needs related to the relocation; refer tenants to the appropriate agencies for assistance in meeting special needs.
- Complete relocation assessments and provide ongoing advisory assistance to minimize their hardship with packing during the relocation period.
- Conduct unit inspections to ensure members are packed and prepared, complete pre-move interviews to assess special
- Provide weekly updates to Compliance Manager.
- Meet weekly with the GC’s on-site in conjunction with CSI Construction staff.
