About the Role
The Sr. Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Consultant is responsible for the implementation of control systems and DCS/PLC/SCADA programming. This includes a working knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Industrial Control Systems/IT - specializing in design, development, programming, integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, start-up and control system optimization. The Sr. Industrial Control Systems Engineer is expected to be a technical lead on projects providing technical guidance to less experienced engineers and support their professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Program and configure PLC, HMI, DCS and SCADA systems.
Design, configuration, integration, and implementation of automated equipment.
Develop software/hardware design specifications.
Design, write, test and document PLC/HMI software.
Create Control Narratives, Logic Diagrams, Cause & Effect Diagrams, and Network Diagrams.
Develop and execute control system validation/testing protocols.
Troubleshoot, test, and start-up control systems onsite.
Participate in site visits and meetings as required by project.
Consult with clients to ensure project success.
Interact with project managers/team leads, clients, and other third parties.
Mentor other I&C Consultants/Engineers
Qualifications & Skills
8+ years of control systems design and programming experience, focusing on PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems preferred.
Modicon PLC programming languages: Control Expert, Unity, Concept.
Rockwell Automation Software: Logix Designer, Studio5000, RSLogix5000, RSLogix500.
OIT/HMI software development: Wonderware, Intellution, FactoryTalk ME/SE, VTScada, Ignition (Perspective & Vision).
Experience with Ignition Software highly desired. Inductive Automation Ignition Core Certification Preferred; Gold Certification a Plus.
Experience with common control system documents (P&IDs, I/O Lists, C&E Matrices, etc.).
Experience with control systems instrumentation and end elements basic operation and electrical interfaces.
Experience with start-up and commissioning of automation systems.
Experience with control system networking technologies (including industrial communications protocols) and PC networking technologies.
Experience with motor control systems and variable frequency drives (VFD).
Must be able to travel to customer sites in the surrounding area as needed to support project and client requirements.
Ability to partner with clients, vendors, and other team members to deliver projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Description: Provide expertise to draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience. Perform and provide guidance to more junior contractor personnel involved with systems and equipment training. Analyze training problems to identify training needs. Design, develop and conduct training. Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on student and customer feedback and operational scenario accuracy.

Guest Experience Specialists are world-class hospitality experts who are genuinely delighted to anticipate each individual guest's needs, enthusiastically serve them, and
do whatever it takes to make their day

A GES is the ambassador of The Escape Game experience. Just like a great party host, they take responsibility for the energy in the room by making our lobby feel fun, upbeat, and inviting. An excellent GES is a master of emotional intelligence, which means having the ability to regulate and manage your own emotions and understand the emotions of those around you. To excel in this role, you must be able to read and sense each guest's feelings and needs to make sure they have a great experience. You are the bookends of each guest's experience - their first and last impression of The Escape Game.

● Enthusiastically explaining our games and efficiently guiding interactions in the lobby by:
Checking in guests
Coordinating game start times with Team Leader
Answering the phone
Accurately booking reservations
● Connecting with every single guest by maintaining open and welcoming body language and asking open-ended questions to encourage fun, friendly conversation with guests
● Making groups of 2-50 feel welcome, cared for, and excited for their game
● Using TEG's Steps for Creating TEG Fans
Extend the invite
Keep the party going
Encourage party favors
● Immediately and graciously resolving service failures
REQUIREMENTS
● Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
● Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
● Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
● Align with TEG's Uniform Standards.

● Ability to function both creatively and administratively
● Basic computer abilities
