Nothing. They don't even know who you are and really don't seem to care about the associates. Dept Managers are the only "management" who cares but they, too, have lost all perks and are treated just as badly, if not worse.
Sell to a different Parent Company who has the funds and resources to put towards a company that has so much potential with the "Right" ownership.
It's so below average it's embarrassing but when people need a job, for reasons that might preclude their ability to look at better companies, a terrible wage beats a zero.
More male management oriented and pay scale is dictated by the same, women suffer with less upward mobility. They have just enough diversity to not bring attention to the actual percentage.
