Diagnose and resolve issues related to pests, disease, irrigation irregularities, or site conditions. Plan and schedule timely seasonal rotations and holiday/winter container programs. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in seasonal color, container garden design, horticulture, or high-end garden maintenance. Deep understanding of Mid-Atlantic plant performance, bloom timing, deer pressure, microclimate impacts, and soil conditions. Ability to create elevated, cohesive color and texture compositions (portfolio or photo samples preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead small installation crews and manage work efficiently.
