The Sr. Product Champion/ Solution Lead will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle for assigned clients, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Development, Account Management, Marketing and Support teams, to ensure revenue, product project goals and customer satisfaction goals are met.
What you'll be doing...
Identify strategic client objectives and opportunities for IDeaS to deepen our partnership with assigned clients
Support ongoing client requirements and roadmap definition
Agree definition of deliverables with client, document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and agree with assigned clients
Manage client-associated Product Management deliverables by scoping, creating, and updating BRDs and then turning into SOW, continually monitoring and documenting project activities and communicating project status and changes
Discuss with internal Tech Lead and agree solution in detailed design discussions related to how to execute on building functionality
Work with Tech Lead to hand off to Team(s) who will work on item. Support as ongoing SME during dev and again in roll-out prep.
Supports ongoing discussions with SDQA teams as development begins on an item and technical or functional requirement questions arise and acts as an ongoing liaison with key stakeholders (within or external to IDeaS) to gather information required to continue with development efforts within agreed requirements
Demonstrates excellent product knowledge with external audiences, such as press, thought leaders, analysts, speaking engagements at trade shows and client meetings
Participates heavily in the development and execution of the product vision and roadmap
Ensures knowledge transfer of product functionality to client support teams, Marketing & Sales or Account Management
Delivers technical, fact-oriented content for pricing, positioning and collateral
May manage OEM/Technical provider relationships
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples - ensure measurement of success against defined KPIs for the project.

What you'll bring to us…
Bachelor's degree in a business Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or quantitative field (Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or similar.)
5+ years' experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Consulting or related function in the technology industry
3+ years' experience working with data integrations
Demonstrably strong ability to translate business requirements to analytical and product needs and communicate effectively to Technology, Development and Analytics teams
Ability to understand product features and describe associated customer value
Ability to map market and client requirements into product features
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Full understanding of the product management skills; ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
Skilled in effective communication, influencing and negotiation
Organizational skills for managing commitments, schedules, and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF system architecture, antenna design, and wireless communication protocols. This position is based in Columbus, OH.
