Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Imaging Radiology Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with PACS systems, specifically Change Healthcare or Merge PACS, and strong HL7/interface skills. This role involves working on the implementation of PACS systems and supporting various projects, including assisting with new group integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and support PACS systems.
• Assist with new group integrations and ensure smooth workflows.
• Work closely with radiology techs and understand their workflows.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Travel as needed to project sites (up to 25%)
• Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
• Troubleshoot most application problems independently.
• Possess and apply working knowledge of at least one technology environment to address and resolve problems.
• Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.
• Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.
• Share knowledge effectively within the work team.

To accomplish this, SOMA manages and provides oversight of evaluations, assessments, and studies for SMD and other NASA organizations. These include evaluation of proposals received in response to NASA Announcements of Opportunity, NASA Research Announcements, Cooperative Agreement Notices, and Broad Agency Announcements, as well as highly specialized studies and assessments, such as life cycle and independent cost estimates, schedule assessments, and risk analyses. CTS supports SOMA via the EASSS contract by providing subject matter experts who will apply their expertise to complex proposal evaluations, management and technical assessments, and advanced studies through the EASSS contract.
CTS's subject matter experts need not be local to the program office near NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. We seek individuals who bring significant Technical, Management and Cost expertise in missions, payloads, spacecraft and instruments relevant to NASA's mission. The work is performed remotely with less than 10% travel occurring periodically for some during the assignment to bring the geographically distributed teams together for workshops to finalize results.
The Schedule Analysis evaluators shall have demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in generating and maintaining NASA spaceflight mission schedules through all development phases. Evaluators shall be proficient in utilizing Microsoft Project to analyze schedule metrics such as critical path, secondary critical paths, and schedule margin. Evaluators shall be familiar with the NASA Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Handbook and have experience assessing schedule completeness across WBS elements.

The Sales Analyst works closely with our Financial Analyst and is responsible for core sales analysis tasks, as well as select financial reporting and system maintenance duties (Ekos, VIP, TTB reporting, etc.). The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent proficiency in Excel, and the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively across departments.

Manage allocation documents for seasonal/limited releases
Ensure product and pricing accuracy in ERP and compliance with state ABC regulations
Set up new wholesalers in VIP and manage SRS Supplier Site
Maintain Chain Mandate/Authorization dashboard
Track CPC spending, validate billbacks, and measure incentive ROI
Contribute insights to Weekly Planning Meetings

Role Overview
The Sampling Analyst designs and selects complex survey samples and executes data weighting, both using SAS software. They also use SQL software to monitor and optimize data collection. Perform functional and gap analysis to support new and existing reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Act as a subject matter expert for supporting the Operational planning leadership team in the creation and delivery of operational data that encourages and inspires growth, cost efficiency and customer focused delivery.
Collaborate with data and governance to ensure data governance standards, including data quality, privacy, and security, to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Demonstrate the capability and desire to learn emerging skills and/or programming languages that improve Operational Planning and Forecasting through automation.
Working closely with the business planners to assist in model upkeep and data modelling that supports time series, multi linear regression and holt winters modelling techniques.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or equivalent practical experience.
Experience/Knowledge
Over 5 years of experience in Data analysis based roles with a proven track record of delivery.
Advanced understanding of data cataloging tools, SQL, DAX, and data modeling.
Experience in data quality management.
Proven ability to optimize business processes in a data-driven manner.
Skilled in extracting data from various databases and systems for enterprise-grade reporting.
Preferred experience in statistical modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies.
General knowledge of life insurance company operations is preferred.
Skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and VB is required. Familiarity with Python data engineering is preferred.
Experience with databases and writing SQL & DAX queries to access data is required.
Proficiency in Power BI is required.
Preferred experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, Databricks).
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and the ability to understand core business success drivers.
Proven ability to present in an appropriate way based on the audience. Providing meaningful business insights from data that assist in business strategic decision making, not just produce reports.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to learn quickly, follow directions, and execute tasks independently.
Capability to plan and execute all phases of a project with both group and independent responsibilities.
Preferred ability to assist, train, and mentor other staff members.
What's in it for you?
The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $90,800 - $124,900 annually. This is a remote opportunity, operating on EST. Candidates local to the Frederick, Maryland area preferred.
The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus, long term incentives, and annual bonuses. This role is eligible to participate in the Legal & General America Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 8% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date. This role has 15 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year
