The Team
As part of the Unit 42 Managed XSIAM organization, the team helps customers operationalize and optimize their Managed XSIAM deployments-delivering proactive, white-glove guidance that enhances their detection, investigation, and response capabilities.

Job Summary
The Technical Service Delivery Lead (XSIAM) acts as the technical focal point for Managed XSIAM customers, driving onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success. You'll combine deep product expertise with a consultative approach to guide customers through their security journey-translating their goals into measurable outcomes and ensuring fast, meaningful ROI from their Managed XSIAM investment.
You will collaborate closely with our SOC engineering, threat hunting, and product teams to tailor the service to each customer's environment, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Value Delivery: Deliver white-glove onboarding and ongoing technical guidance for Managed XSIAM customers
Collect and analyze customer security data to identify improvement opportunities in detection coverage, alert quality, tenant hygiene, and potential automation use cases
Advise customers on best practices for alert tuning, data onboarding, and correlation optimization
Drive continuous improvement in customer security posture and measurable time-to-value outcomes
Operational Excellence: Manage incoming customer requests, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with the SOC engineering team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Lead customer touchpoints, including onboarding sessions, security reviews, and proactive engagement meetings
Translate complex detection and response concepts into actionable guidance for diverse audiences
Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with Unit 42's SOC engineering, Product, and MDR teams to ensure consistent service quality and cross-functional alignment
Collaborate with the SOC engineering team to design and implement automation workflows that enhance detection, response, and reporting efficiency
Champion customer needs internally, advocating for enhancements and escalations where needed
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and scalable frameworks for the Managed XSIAM service
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Security Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or SOC operations (preferably within enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS environments)
Strong understanding of XDR, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, including incident and alert management, correlation development, and data source onboarding
Demonstrated experience collaborating with security analysts, engineers, and threat hunters in operational environments
Excellent communication skills-able to explain complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and managing complex customer needs
Deep curiosity and a growth mindset-comfortable learning and adapting to evolving technologies and detection methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field or equivalent military experience

Salary Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $127600/YR - $206500/YR. Duties & Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a member of the Board of Clinical Quality and assistance from a scheduler, conduct regular session visits for the assigned caseload to:
Provide individualized parent education

Monitor the completion of all necessary documentation
Provide in-field training to each direct report
Educate families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with number of hours that are clinically appropriate for the client
Efficiently and effectively communicating CSD's policies to families

Progress reports and discharge reports
Other site-related documents
Monitor daily direct service appointments for:
Completion; i.e. rendering and accurate notes.

Meet daily and monthly billable hours goal as set by CSD.
Provide clinical support and training to assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists by:
Holding monthly 1:1 and team meetings and appropriate trainings
Contributing to individualized clinical trainings
Facilitating and completing trainings as assigned by the Regional Director
Assuring that supervisees' clinical responsibilities are defined and understood as deemed by CSD's Commitment to Quality Standards.
Evaluating clinical performance of supervisees and communicating concerns to the assigned Regional Director
Maintaining and documenting appropriate progress notes for supervision hours
Supervise and guide staff/supervisees with all clinical processes including but not limited to:
Behavioral support plans
Assessments
Submission of monthly session plans
Maintenance of monthly log of lesson plans
Completion of clinical reports and data collection
Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns involving clients, Behavior Specialists, and/or Clinical Directors.

How you'll make an Impact
As a Service Desk Technician II, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day support desk tickets and serving as an elevated resource for client-initiated requests. Your primary focus will be to fully resolve tickets while adhering to Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Additionally, you will work to prevent escalations by providing first-touch resolution whenever possible. Maintaining high-quality service, fast response times, and a customer-focused mindset with clear communication will be essential. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to switch quickly and effectively between tasks while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
Location and Work Expectations
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in the Kansas City area and should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent

This role also includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule
What you will be doing
Manage client service tickets, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation
Assisting in the phone queue to handle client calls during part of your day, or as needed during high call volume surges
Maintain accurate ticket records using service management software (e.g., ConnectWise Manage)
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, conducting root-cause analysis for recurring problems
Perform software upgrades and address system gaps or process issues
Create, update and maintain accurate client documentation
Identify and communicate infrastructure improvements and security concerns
Coach and mentor fellow Ntivians to enhance performance and support professional development
Adhere to industry best practices and ensure compliance with security and operational standards
Assist with additional duties to support team goals
Required Knowledge and Experience
2-3 years of Help Desk experience
Proficient in supporting, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft Desktop and Server operating systems and applications
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, and related email technologies including spam filters
Familiarity in navigating Hyper-V and VMware consoles to troubleshoot virtual machine storage and availability issues
Intermediate knowledge of at least one cloud platform and its console
Experience with software deployments
Familiar with network hardware, including Firewalls, Managed Switches, and WAPs
Familiarity with RAID, NAS, and SAN concepts
Familiarity with Apple mac OS
Familiarity with VOIP phone support
iOS and Android experience
Experience generating vendor access accounts while adhering to industry security best practices
Ability troubleshoot and resolve issues with secure remote access methods
Proficient in creating limited domain user accounts and delegating local server administration as needed
Knowledge of auditing and implementing "need to know" access control and permissions
Experience with managing shared drive permissions and optimizing the use of security groups (e.g., avoiding the default Domain Users group)
Experienced in optimizing, applying, and filtering group policies via item-level filtering and security groups
Familiarity with security tools and best practices for securing client infrastructure
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
Capable of providing escalation support and identifying imminent system failures for timely escalation
Ability to identify misconfigured services or applications and escalate appropriately
Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly
Proficient in reviewing, refining, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $41,000.00 and $55,000.00 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Roles and Responsibilities:
