Job Description:
Provide Break Fix services.
Provide support and performance management for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office 365.
Provide support and performance management for Microsoft SharePoint Skype for Business and Teams.
Provide support and performance management for Network Share File Share.
Deliver workplace engineering services including.
Patch management for end user laptop desktops.

Manage and maintain Horizon environment
Initiate performance tuning and troubleshoot performance issues proactively seeks out and corrects causes of poor VDI performance.
Assists the ongoing development and implementation of the organizations VDI EUC strategy.
Provide technical leadership and consultation to development teams define best practices and facilitate adoption of the VDI solutions.
Participates in technical projects related to VDI with a focus on operationalizing the new capabilities as they are developed.
Support and administer the provisioning and deployments systems JAMF SCCM MEM On Prem and Azure AD BigFix.
Automate using scripting and enhancing re-engineering processes to gain efficiencies.
Review analyses prioritize and resolve operational alerts from the end user compute and Active Directory infrastructure.
Work with vendors and or other IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems.
Provide second level support to local IT Support staff and user facing support for end user device issues.
Project planning work supporting global projects.
Participate in the Infrastructure and Windows Admin Team weekly meetings.
Responsible for day-to-day administration maintenance and operations of Windows desktop and server infrastructure in local and international offices.

In this position, the IT Support Technician responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with the Agency's computer systems or PC's, installs PC's and peripherals, and installs Agency approved software.
INFORMATION PRIVACY AND SECURITY LEVEL:
In accord with federal and state legislative mandates, individuals employed in this position are trained to, and function within a Level I security clearance for confidentiality of client protected health information, and other privileged information. Appropriate sanctions will be applied against employees who fail to comply with the privacy policies and procedures of the Agency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred, and two (2) years technical experience.
Have the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues with PC's.
Possess intermediate level of understanding of Windows network operating systems.
Communicate effectively with all levels of Agency staff.
Have knowledge of trauma informed care and ability and willingness to make trauma informed decisions with client and/or other staff when necessary. Take any on-going trainings when required.
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
Familiar with Citrix, Security Camera Systems & Servers.

The Application Specialist is responsible for the precise and safe application of agricultural crop production input products to agricultural fields. Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain custom application equipment, including sprayers, spreaders, and other machinery.
Apply agricultural crop production input products according to agronomic plans and regulatory guidelines.

Follow detailed application maps and instructions to ensure precise product placement and application rates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

All federal and state pesticide licenses within the first six months of employment.
