The Responsibilities
A Support Associate works within the store team to help achieve store sales and inventory goals. The Support Associate partners with the management and sales team to ensure a seamless flow between front and back of house. DESCRIPTION:
The Network Administrator is responsible for the configuration, implementation and management for the network. The Network Administrator must also monitor and analyze the network for problems and vulnerabilities. Additional duties include the augmentation of the server and storage infrastructure support staff, data security and restoration, infrastructure project management and planning, and at times, end-user support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

This position provides technical assistance to staff, students, and parents while supporting instructional and administrative technology systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning. This position reports directly to the Director of Technology.
Qualifications
* Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
* Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and parents in person, via email, and through a helpdesk ticketing system
* Strong interest in learning, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting a variety of technologies
* College coursework or professional experience in the technology field preferred
* Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are desirable but not required
Technical Skills (Preferred)
* Networking fundamentals, including troubleshooting connectivity issues
* Experience with Juniper network switches
* Server administration experience (on-premises or virtual environments)
* Website support and basic web technologies
* Experience with PowerSchool (student information systems preferred)
* Knowledge of computer operating systems and hardware
Requirements
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks
* Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
* Flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to support district operations
* Ability to follow, maintain, and update technical documentation
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
* Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Technology Services Department, the Technology Specialist will:
* Diagnose and resolve technology-related issues
* Support and maintain operating systems, including Microsoft Windows, Chrome OS, mac OS, iOS, and Android
* Provide support for school hardware such as Interactive panels, projectors, security cameras, and other instructional technologies
* Assist with the management and deployment of software applications for district users
* Support networking, server infrastructure, and related systems as assigned
Employment Details
* Start Date: Immediately
* Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
