Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Knowledge of architectural, structural, and/or MEP systems. Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative. Strong written and oral skills. Accurate with a strong attention to detail.
