The Charge Corrections Specialist performs corrections of anesthesia charges in the patient accounting system by utilizing the charge capture system. All new hires must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
Performs corrections of anesthesia charges in the patient accounting system Working from a queue, correcting charges sent back due to compliance issues, demographic updates, provider billing updates or coding updates Review and resolve edits, as necessary, to drop a timely and accurate claim Must meet daily production goals and quality scores Audit billing work as requested Maintains strictest confidentiality Performs other duties as assigned

This project is growing again and looking for music lovers that want to join our label. We are looking for Mods that are passionate about providing world-class support in an enjoyable online environment. This is an established and long-term project with an incredibly strong internal support system and a highly interactive orientation program.

In this project, Mods will handle customer support - messaging in both Portuguese and English.

Commitment:
25 hours per week; 8 of those 25 hours are required on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Qualified applicants will need to have language assessments in Portuguese and English, to ensure adequate proficiency.

Orientation specifics (all times Pacific):
Begins: 11/1/2022
Orientation: 3 days, 5 am - 2 pm
Nesting: 15 days, 5 am - 2 pm
Hours of Operation: Daily, 12 am - 12 am (24/7). At least 8 hours are required on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

You will report into the Associate Manager and work collaboratively with other budgets departmental members. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Responsible for adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

2. Manages assigned country budget related activities in a professional manner, with careful compliance with internal processes and procedures, or otherwise according to specified Sponsor requirements.

3. With minimal support, responsible for management of certain financial aspects of clinical studies including but not limited to supporting Project Directors with post-award study budget estimates and review of proposals and elaborating investigator grants, monitoring budgetary aspects for all sites, liaise with internal and external teams regarding agreement/budget details and timelines to ensure quick approval of country budgets.

4. 5. Responsible for the timely updating of the departmental contract tracking system.

6. Provides management with regular status updates, collaborate with study team to avoid delays, identifies and escalates issues (as defined in departmental processes) that must be escalated to line manager, project management staff, Business Development staff, Budgets & Proposals staff or higher management as necessary to minimize delays and to facilitate the prompt conclusion of site budget negotiations.

7. Provides support to other Site Agreement staff and assists internal staff with site budget inquiries as required.

8. Facilitates the internal review/sign off process of budget/financial appendix within the site agreement

Education/Qualifications:

University-level degree preferred

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years of direct experience in site budget creation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job
