Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote support for technology issues to managed services clients.

Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years hands-on experience operating all types of A/V equipment
Minimum one (1) year experience with operating Windows hardware such as Windows PCs, laptops and tablets.
Experience with operating Apple hardware such as Macbooks, iPads and iPhones - if no previous experience then must be willing to quickly learn with extensive self-training.
Demonstrated knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
Thorough understanding and knowledgebase of audiovisual A/V mixers; master control switchers, and video cameras.
Familiarity with modern AV networking technologies and transport of video and audio over Ethernet (for example Dante and SDVoE).
Working knowledge of safe operation procedures for various types of A/V equipment.
Proficient ability to test, calibrate, diagnose, and repair various audio-visual devices.
Ability to work independently with little instruction; coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, set deadlines, and complete projects in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Meets with users to determine specifications and network configurations needed for new and existing software.
Provides instructional and technical support to staff, faculty, and students for computers, AV needs, printing and other miscellaneous hardware and software.
Analyzes information (specifications compared to the workstations and network it will be installed on) and works with the vendor to resolve any technical issues.
Deploys images and reviews special policies or permissions that need to be setup. Verifies software license information.
Software installation on a network or standalone.
Set-up, troubleshoots and ensures connectivity to the network by proper configuration.
Record system documentation for technical procedures and/or training.
Set-up and performs testing of software on new operating systems.
Trainer for Tier 1 Technology Support Analysts.
Provides basic audio/visual equipment maintenance.
Provides media instruction for faculty, staff and community.
Installs, administers, and operates all audio/visual equipment, for all video production activities related to SCC. Including projectors, recorders, data projectors, distribution amplifiers, cameras, mixer/editor; photography equipment; overhead, slide and 16mm projectors; personal computer.
Manages the TV Studio and assists faculty with classroom activities, including instructional sessions with studio equipment (switcher, teleprompter, cameras, etc.)
Complies with IT procedure for reporting child pornography on SCC equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree from two-year College; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience deploying software to computers using SCCM, loading software, and basic hardware knowledge.
Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server environment including Active Directory, group policies, and permissions.
Experience documenting standard operating procedures, processes, and other administrative functions.
Self-motivated, task oriented, focused on resolving issues, and ability to function with minimal supervision.
Conceptual knowledge of network and physical security principles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with PowerShell is preferred.
Technical knowledge of a Windows and Mac operating system preferred.
Knowledge of Active Directory preferred.
Experience with audiovisual technology; including projectors, video equipment, Smartboards and document cameras preferred.

The precision engagement support equipment software team Senior Software Lead Engineer will lead software efforts for the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) used primarily to test our missile products in the factory and in the field.
The selected engineer will work with a multi-disciplined engineering team to identify software requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy software on the ATE. An electrical background is essential for understanding how to control the ATE equipment (lab equipment for analog and digital source and measurement, communications, power, and hardware simulation) and translate the requirements of testing, typically electrical and communications systems of the missile with the ATE, into software requirements.
The role also includes developing software verification plans and test procedures, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met. Provides technical leadership for software projects. Leads team adoption of Enterprise Software design practices, processes, tools, DevSecOps environment, and metrics. Plans, executes and documents software research and development projects. Serves as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes, and regulations. Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multi-disciplined engineers to understand ATE system requirements; Provide software requirements, design, implementation, test, and maintenance guidance to a team of software engineers working across multiple delivery streams
Participate in development, test, troubleshooting, and release selloff activities as needed to ensure timely software deliveries
Develop and oversee implementation of technical roadmaps for maturing product capability and software commonality and coordinating with other ATE software teams on common architectures while maintaining support for existing deployed hardware and software baselines
Provide mentorship and support development of less experienced engineers to build a robust and knowledgeable team
Support software engineering proposal activities for both current and emerging potential customers
Support Technical Design Review (TDR) and other peer review activities for other software engineers and adjacent systems engineering activities
Serve as a subject matter expert on one or more aspects of the ATE software products
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
5+ years' experience with full life-cycle Software development, modeling, simulation, testing, and/or analysis using C, C++, C#, Python, or Linux
3+ years' experience with leading teams in software development activities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in computer science, engineering (such as computer engineering, electrical engineering), engineering technology with a strong software engineering background, chemistry, physics, mathematics, or data science
3+ years' experience working with electrical engineering concepts and reading/interpreting schematics
Leadership experience in Agile methodologies, prior scrum master experience preferred
Experience with NI tools and components
Familiarity with development tools, such as Visual Studio, Git, and Jira
