Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will act as a primary business system support for the T&D Work and Asset Management System (EAM) and its associated platforms. This role will primarily involve Maximo, Maximo Scheduler, Powerbase, and their integrations with key supporting systems, including GIS, Powerplan, Peoplesoft, TOA, and others. The candidate's main responsibilities will focus on Distribution, Transmission and Substation applications, with secondary duties related to Distribution applications. • Develop, publish and implement test plans for Transmission and Distribution systems utilizing JIRA • Develop and maintain quality test tracking metrics for Transmission and Distribution Maximo utilizing JIRA • Develop and maintain process documentation to keep end users current on software enhancements and business processes • Accountable for communicating and validating system results with IT technical resources; be a liaison between the business and IT; this includes being an active participant in the Agile Framework Methodology (stand-ups, backlog sessions, big room planning, etc.) • Work directly with EAM, PowerPlan, and Peoplesoft teams to plan, coordinate, test and implement incidents and enhancements • Serves as a resource working with IT to identify on-going development opportunities; includes patch testing, delivery and implementation schedules • Provide business support, including end user questions and problem resolution • Work with Transmission and Distribution teams to proactively improve performance and drive effective software and process improvements on an ongoing basis • Leader when implementing change management and training for Transmission and Distribution Team; this includes working with the Business SMEs to define process for end users • Budget and forecast spend as it relates to the Work Management system/software to ensure dollars are accounted for appropriately • Develop, enhance and deli Education and Experience Requirements:A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other related degree program is highly preferred. Direct experience may be substituted for the educational requirements, with such experience to be related to functional design and implementation of computer systems and software implementation or T&D Operations and Asset Management. Demonstrated ability to use software applications which include Microsoft products, work management, scheduling tools and mapping preferred. Has ability to resolve routine or standard problems through guidance and direction from others.
