The Peer Support Specialist provides peer support services to assigned clients.
Use personal recovery experience as a tool.
Provide family and community education.
Serve as a role model and mentor.

Lead recovery education and activities.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have lived experience with mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders, be in recovery, open-minded, and willing to share personal recovery stories publicly to help others.
Must be a High School Graduate or have GED.
Must have a valid driver's license in state of employment with a safe driving record.
Successful completion of state-specific Peer Specialist Training and Certification is required to ensure proficiency in peer support roles.

You may be involved in the installation, configuration or construction engineering and inspection of said systems in Southeastern states.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. They will prioritize health and safety in all aspects of their role, adhering to best practices and regulations while maintaining awareness of potential hazards in outdoor traffic areas. This role requires a willingness to travel in the Southeast United States and work in outdoor environments along transportation corridors. Candidates should be comfortable working near traffic and at heights greater than 10 feet. Physical Demands:
Work is moderately active: involves sitting with frequent requirements to move about the office, move about the facility, and to travel to another facility within the SRHS service area. Work involves exerting a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Work involves using many physical motions in performing daily work activities; subject to exposure of body fluids, sputum and tissues, which may carry the hazard of infectious disease. Work involves using repetitive motions: substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and or fingers while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard.
Work involves being able to perceive the nature of sound at normal speaking levels with or without correction; the ability to make fine discriminations in sound. Work requires close visual and acuity and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus, i.e. shift gaze from viewing a computer monitor to forms/printed material that are closer to compare data at close vision.
Must be able to be active for extended periods of time without experiencing undue fatigue. Must be able to work schedules assigned with the understanding that changes may be instituted according to the needs of the hospital for off days, shifts or weekends.

Seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 call center support for a federal customer. This position is hybrid and based in Kiln, MS.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 services by working directly with the Service Desk and staff to ensure service levels are met.
Respond to and diagnose incidents through discussions with users.
Support end users on a variety of technical issues, including PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for support.
Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
